There are two confirmed cases of C-19 in Peter Turner Primary School. The Early Years bubble is not affected.

As you know, school will be fully open for all children from Monday September 7th, here is an update on the arrangements for return to school

Whitefield Schools and Joseph Clarke School will remain closed from the 1st June and will keep the wider opening for primary children under review.
The Prime Minister’s announcement on May 10th leaves advice for schools essentially unchanged. There is no firm date for school re-opening and the Department for Education’s position remains that parents should keep their children at home where possible. We are waiting for further guidance about what the government policy means for special schools and for our school.
The safety and wellbeing of our school community remains paramount and senior leaders and directors continue to feel that there are significant risks as set out in the letters you received on 16th and 18th March.
The whole academy, Whitefield Schools, Joseph Clarke School and Project Search will be closed from the end of the day on Thursday 19th March until further notice due to the continuing impact of the Coronavirus.
