Whitefield Schools students has been invited to submit art work to for an upcoming exhibition designed to raise funds for local charity and community artspace The Mill and the Walthamstow night shelter. Our students' art work will sit alongside that from some some famous names, including artist Grayson Perry and MP Stella Creasy. All works are anonymous until the end of the exhibition when they will be raffled off.
The Mill is celebrating its fourth anniversary by trying to raise £1,000 for every year it has been open.
Big name artists including Grayson Perry, Jeremy Deller, Waltham Forest artists and MP Stella Creasy and 20 students from Whitefield have created a piece of art on a postcard-sized piece of card - anonymously
The little works of art will go on display from the 9th of December in 'The Greatest Little Art Show and Raffle in E17'.
Anyone can enter the raffle for £1 with the chance of winning any of the 100 postcards on the last day. This is your chance to win a much sought-after piece of original Whitefield art — or failing that, an original Grayson Perry.
The money raised will pay for 30 homeless people to spend one night at Walthamstow Night Shelter. Any extra funds will go towards the running of The Mill.

Will you be able to tell the work from our students and that from the famous artists apart? Even the cognoscenti may find it tricky.
