Learning Support Assistants (LSA) work alongside teachers and help teach skills to individual pupils. You'll be someone who likes children and young people and is willing to be responsible both for helping them learn, but also for their safety and wellbeing. Supply staff help us cover in cases of staff sickness or where we simply need some additional support for our pupils.

Pay and hours
‘Supply’ LSAs earn £10.71 per hour. There are no guaranteed work hours – if your application is successful you'll join our pool of experience supply staff who we know we can call on. If possible we'll give you advanced notice that you are needed, but sometimes it will be a question of us calling you in the morning to ask if you are available that day.
