The Whitefield craft@whitefield team were out in force at this Saturday's Apple Day at the Vestry House Museum where they had a stall thanks to food-provision charity Eat or Heat. They sold plates, mugs and bags decorated by students, raising £126 which will be split between providing more craft materials and Eat or Heat. The stall also raised an additional £15 for the Benito Menni School in Ghana after selling some bags that had been hand printed by Sister Odile's students.
Erin McCarthy, Kayleigh Hardy and Daniel Wood manned the stall and Carter Wright (a student from Niels Chapman School) came along to help too. He wrapped plates for customers and took money from them. He did a great job and his parents were pleased that he was helping out the project and gaining his first bit of work experience at the same time.
