Our governing body
Our school governors are a body of volunteers, who act rather like the board
of a company and
are responsible for school policy. The law requires that we have
several categories of governors
and that they should be organised into sub-committees to
deal with matters relating to the
curriculum, staffing and finance. The governing
body owns the school and employs our staff.
They issue a written report on progress every
year that is distributed to pupils' parents.
